Thhis photo is taken by Perou( http://www.perou.co.uk/ ) , a photographer that is getting very well known, just lately he has done a programe about photography and the models called `Dirty sexy things` and took some very intresting photos that will be on his website.
The picture must of been takeing with a big light shining on to the models to get the shadows,im not sure if there is a story behind it, but you might think about whats happend in this photo.
Obviously the first thing you look at is the male and female wearing dark aganist the white and cream colours, then i saw the ropes they have used to hang themselfs then looking at them holding hands you would asume their was in a relationship.
